The Remnant

Who are we?
The Remnant is Zion Church’s student ministry designed to reach middle school, high school, and college-aged students. The Remnant means:
Radical wholehearted Christianity
Encouraging and winning attitudes
Meaningful family relationship
Non-negotiable integrity
Aggressive commitment to prayer
Never ending vision
Tons of fun!!!
What do we do?
Every Friday we come together for food, fun, and fellowship as we seek to learn more about God and His plans for our lives. From playing various indoor activities to playing XBOX/PS2 games, eating food and hangin’ out you can experience it all here at the Remnant.
When and Where do we meet?
The Remnant Youth Service is held every Friday from 7pm-1030pm in our Youth Sanctuary: 1450 Mercantile Lane, STE 211, Largo, MD 20774
Why do we exist?
The Remnant exists so that students can:
Relate to God, Reach their friends, have Real family, and become Relentless followers of Jesus Christ
The Remnant is a place of:
Servant hood- where I can help the hurting
Community- where I have a place and a part
Relevance- where I see an embrace of my culture
Excitement- Where I’m happy (and proud to be)
Family- where I’m loved unconditionally
Purpose- where I can achieve something bigger than myself
Evangelism- where I can help rescue the lost
Discipleship- where I can be coached in my faith
Worship- where I can express myself freely to God
